Welcome to FiddleStix Registration

The FiddleStix program is for 1st and 2nd grade boys and girls. The kids will learn to play lacrosse in a fun, relaxed, non-competitve environment by playing games, running, and just having FUN! Registration fee is $50.00 and includes a lacrosse stick, ball, and cool Tigard LAX t-shirt. No other equipment is necessary.

Registration is not complete until payment has been received. If paying by check, make all checks payable to Tigard Lacrosse Club. Family discount will not be applied when registering for FiddleStix. Refunds are available, less a $25 administration if withdrawing from the program prior to the first day of play. There will be no refunds after the first day of play.

Registration requires proof of individual medical insurance for every player. If your child does not have medical insurance, you can purchase inexpensive coverage through the Tigard-Tualatin School District (check with the office at your child's school) or through US Lacrosse.

Registering online is easy and quick!
Just follow these simple steps:

	CREATE YOUR NEW MEMBER ACCOUNT You'll be asked to create a member account if you don't already have one. Simply click the "Become a Member" option when asked to log in to the registration system.
	COMPLETE PARENT INFORMATION After you create your new member account, you'll need to choose "Register Now" you will be asked to fill in parent information
	COMPLETE PLAYER REGISTRATION Choose the age group for your player and then fill out the player information. You'll be asked if you want to add more players or to finish registration and pay.
	CHOOSE YOUR PAYMENT AND YOU'RE DONE! After you've filled in your parent and player(s) information, you'll see your total fees and can choose to pay by check or by debit or credit card online. Note: No credit card information is EVER stored on our computers and all information is encrypted for your security.
