In consideration of participating in Tigard Lacrosse Club (TLC) activities, participants acknowledge that they are aware of the nature of the activity and the inherent risks of playing lacrosse, and release TLC from any and all claims for personal injuries. Players and/or parent guardian of a registered minor, authorize any personnel from TLC to seek medical treatment in the event of an emergency or accident. Photos taken during programs may be used for promotional purposes. Payments of fees and participation in the program shall constitute acceptance of this liability, medical, and photography release.
